PANEURYTHMY

The word "paneurhythmy" is composed of three roots: "pan," "ev" or "eu" and "rhythm." "Pan" means "the whole," "the unique," "the universal"; "ev" or "eu" means "harmonious," "beautiful"; "rhythm" signifies the rectitude of movement in all external expressions. Pan-Eu-Rhythmy is the music and movement of the Universe.

PanEuRhythmia is a circular dance consisting of a series of movements performed to the rhythm of soft music composed exclusively for its performance.

Peter Deunov (Master Beinsa Douno), its creator, taught this dance as a powerful means to infuse spiritual energy into all levels of our being and thus overcome the separation between matter and spirit, so prevalent on our planet.

Soul Dance creates communion with Nature, with ourselves, and with others, generating greater energy, vitality, and joy.

Its individual or collective practice creates a moving mandala of great serenity and strength. Each step reveals the Truth and esoteric meaning of nature, humanity, and the stages of inner evolution.

WHEN IS PANEURYTHMY DANCED?

PanEuRhythmy is danced in spring and summer mornings in the midst of nature. This allows fresh air and light to freely penetrate the human body and renew it. Performing PanEuRhythmy creates favorable conditions for us to connect with the energies and harness their power.

PANEURYTHMY IN THE WORLD

India gave the world Yoga, Japan gave us Zen, China gave us Taoism, and Bulgaria gave the world, through the great Master Beinsa Douno (1864-1944), PanEuRhythmy, a unique system of spiritual and physical perfection. Since the time of the Master, people from all corners of the world have learned this Dance, which is practiced today in the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Russia, Kongo, in most countries of Europe and the Americas and other countries around the world.

WHAT ARE THE HARMONIC MOVEMENTS OF PANEURYTHMY?

They are a method of self-education for intelligent beings. PanEurhythmy is a science, a method that regulates human physical, spiritual, and mental functions. It is a set of human thoughts, feelings, and actions.

Movements are accumulators, through which human beings connect with the creative and constructive forces of Nature, receive them, and they assist them in their development. These forces are revitalizing forces.

Because the movements of PanEuRhythmy are in harmony with the cosmic rhythm, which sets the whole of life in motion, they activate the dormant forces of the human soul and propel its activity.

The PanEuRhythmy movements are of such a nature that through them, humankind sends forces, thoughts, and ideas out into the world, where they continue to work to transform it.

Everything in the Universe is Light

Paneurhythmy, created by Master Beinsa Douno, is based on a profound understanding of the Laws of energy, radiation, frequency, and the correlation between music, movement, geometry, and an idea. As we dance the concepts of giving, receiving, and renewing, we allow the Earth and the Cosmos to do the same. Through us, the Earth opens its portals, its power points, to give of its own energies, to receive from the Light. The Cosmos itself receives and is blessed and gives more.

Sunbeams

It was the last dance delivered by Master Beinsa Douno in the early 1940s. It connects us with the central source of Divine Love, Wisdom, and Truth. In "Sunbeams," we work beyond the physical.
