Ardella Nathanael
Already well into his years, Boris Nikolov was the example of a constant, committed disciple, dedicated to being a living example of how the Teaching is embodied. Vessela was the one who created the lyrics of the Paneurhythmy in its English version and made contributions to the Bulgarian lyrics that the world would later know. Krum, who was part of the "Young People's Group" (which included Omraam Mikhaël Aïvanhov) to whom the Master bestowed his most profound teachings, in turn had another group of young people, a second generation, so to speak, trained over many years. He and his main disciple, Maria Mitovska, taught Ardella the movements of the Dance. Thus was born a relationship of friendship and learning that continues to this day between Maria and Ardella. For years, Ardella continued learning, visiting Bulgaria, and immersing herself in the wisdom that reigns there.
Ardella Nathanael, a faithful disciple of Master Beinsa Douno, is a dancer in the highest sense of the word.
When the Master's Teachings were forced to be transmitted secretly due to the communist regime that was established in post-war Bulgaria, Ardella was guided in 1983 to visit the lands where the White Brotherhood had once germinated and grown. With courage and heavenly and earthly help, she evaded persecution, escaped the surveillance imposed on everyone, foreigners and citizens alike, arrived in Rila, and visited the sacred places where the Master had left his mark, his word. There, where the laurel tree flourished again, she met several of the Master's first disciples: the paternal Boris Nikolov, the inspired poet and musician Vessela Nestorova, and the loyal follower Krum Vazharov, all of whom welcomed and helped her fraternally. From all of them, she received advice, instruction, and correction.
In 1983, he also met Joro Petkov (from the Krum Youth Group), Johanna Strateva, and Peter Ganev, well-known musicians and violinists born in Izgrev, where their parents were close disciples of the Maestro. They worked tirelessly to keep the light alive.
María spoke a lot about Yarmila Mentzlova, who was also a great disciple, endowed with a unique talent for dance (as a good student of Isadora Duncan, as the Maestro recognized when he saw her perform Paneurhythmy with such perfection that he commissioned her to expand its teachings). She became one of the most authoritative voices for the transmission and correct execution of Paneurhythmy.
Ardella came into contact with Yarmila's book, which Krum Vazharov, her former fiancé—separated by the war—helped publish in 1984, shortly after Yarmila's death. The book is:
PANEURYTHMIA...Human Psychism in Union with! 'Universal Harmony.' This was Ardella's permanent reference book, beyond the face-to-face teachings by Krum and María.
In 1986, a unique blessing came into Ardella's life: Leon Moscona, a man of great spirituality and professor of music history, was granted permission to leave Bulgaria for three months (a miracle, since no one with a profession was granted permission). Leon taught Ardella how to delve deeper into the principles and foundations. Heaven arranged for Leon to remain in England for three years, and training in the esoteric and profound aspects of music was possible. Ardella, for her part, organized workshops and contacts for Leon, and always accompanied him as a translator. Thus, they traveled together to many sacred sites in England, Scotland, and Ireland, and once to a conference in Italy, where she scheduled her first visit to the United States in 1987. A year later, invited to remain in Ireland, Ardella began teaching in England. León's inability to travel to the United States again led her, at the request of groups in that country, to begin her journey as a transmitter in the Americas (1988-1989). Many details can be found in one of Ardella's books, Paneurhythmia, The Dance of the Soul.
She followed the same path of creation and apprehension recommended by the Master and his disciples: that is: learning the movements to music, learning the lyrics, and studying the principles and laws, in a continuum of constant improvement to the extent possible.
Her trips to the United States to deliver the Paneurhythmy were repeated, and in 1990, after a six-month stay, she decided to reside in the northern country. Philadelphia, Chicago, Washington DC, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Tennessee, New York, and many other places have received the Master's Paneurhythmy from Ardella. She received her residency in 1993.
This leap of faith in the facilitator's initiatory journey had immediate blessings: requests and groups proliferated, and soon, the borders of America, Europe, and Oceania demanded her presence for the good of the Teaching.
During the years 1994 to 1997, she was invited three times to Costa Rica and Brazil, and twice to Australia and New Zealand. Her health suffered from so much travel that she had to give up her visits for four or five years.
Since 1999, and for 14 years, mass gatherings have been held in California, welcoming disciples from Bulgaria, such as Maria, Joro, and the violinist Yoana, to teach. He also worked to publish his two books on PanEuRhythmy in English and Spanish.
In 2006, she was invited to Poland, where she taught PanEuRhythmia courses throughout the country for four years.
In 2011, she brought this Sacred Dance to Latin America and began learning Spanish so she could work without translation. Her tireless will enabled her to continue her work of devotion. Canada, Costa Rica, Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Argentina, Peru, and Ecuador enthusiastically welcomed Ardella several times.
In 2018, a Congress of Spanish-speaking participants was held in Ecuador (see bottom of page), where PanEuRhythmia practitioners from eight different countries finally had the opportunity to meet and begin working together.
All of America and much of Europe have welcomed her, and the positive results have already been seen in recent years. Thousands of people have come into contact with the Teachings of the Universal Brotherhood of Light, and many trained in the Paneurithymic Exercises by Ardella are training others...while...She continues to work!

THE DANCE OF THE SOUL
Ardella Nathanael presents PanEuRhythm, Sunbeams, and Pentagram in an excellent way, enabling everyone to quickly and easily learn the basic movements and music of PanEuRhythm. Furthermore, utilizing her esoteric and cultural knowledge, Ardella makes correlations with many other spiritual teachings and traditions; this helps people of all cultures, religions, and nations understand and appreciate the profound symbolism of the human soul's upward journey toward the Divine, hidden within PanEuRhythm, Sunbeams, and Pentagram.
21 Exercises for Health
Given by Master Peter Deunov and demonstrated in the video by Ardella Nathanael.
The Master recommends performing all movements consciously and gently, especially when raising and lowering the arms.
Rhythmic Breathing can be practiced at any time to enhance our breathing, energy, and health. It can be done while walking: 4 steps while inhaling, 4 steps while holding the inhalation, and 4 steps while exhaling. The Master suggested affirming Life as we inhale, Strength as we hold the inhalation, and Health as we exhale.

THE DANCE OF THE BUTTERFLY
Ardella Nathanael dedicates this book especially to children. Through a beautiful analogy of the caterpillar's transition to butterfly, this book teaches the first steps of PanEuRhythmy, a true dance of Light. Created by Maestro Peter Deunov (the Bulgarian spiritual master of Beinsa Duno), it can be danced equally by children and their parents or teachers, uniting them in a flow that draws them, through play, into contact with Living Nature, the Most Sublime, and at the same time prepares them to develop capacities that will be invaluable in the times to come.
THE DANCE OF THE MAPIPOSA
Teaching Support Video
Ardella's student and Paneurhythmy facilitator, Noraluz Arroyave, presents "The Butterfly Dance," narrated and illustrated with the movements from the story. In a cheerful and fun tone, perfect for teaching, she follows the transformation of the tiny caterpillar into a butterfly.
"Very young children maintain very subtle relationships with the visible and invisible worlds. They possess, in fact, a form of sensitivity that has its origins in a distant past, when humans were fully aware of belonging to this living organism that is nature. This is why animals, and also plants, stones, and objects, appear to these children as beings very close to them; they speak to them, they are their friends."
