The world was created on the basis of numbers, letters, and colors, considered living entities. The living nature of numbers influences life and consciousness. Each person is, in turn, an entity that must understand the inner meaning of the one, which represents humanity and its interrelationships. Numbers are forces that act upon the disciple, who must be ready for self-knowledge.

The book provides an insight into the Master's advice and thoughts on how a student should behave and what he or she should consider in their learning process. The importance of his words as a guide and guide is understood.
It is a collection of the Master's words, noted by Savka Keremidchieva during his teachings and conversations.
Savka jotted down the Master's words in a notebook, which was returned to her with disdain on St. Peter's Day, Peter Deunov's birthday and saint's day. Despite feeling hurt, she continued to write, and years later, the Master asked that the contents of her notebooks be published. It was a book valued by the Master and represented a milestone in his discipleship.
Today the book has a thematic index grouping around 500 tips and an introduction by Sonya Miteva.

In a lecture, the Master emphasizes the importance of knowing one's purpose in life. The book narrates Emil's adventures, exploring his personal development amidst dangers, slights, and love affairs, among fields of roses and lavender in the beautiful Bulgarian land.

100 Years of "Power and Life"
